NexGen® Complete Knee Solution Revision Instruments
NexGen Revision Instruments are designed to aid the surgeon in achieving accurate restoration of anatomical alignment, function, stability, and joint line position.| Femoral Provisionals/Cutting Guides The distinctive Femoral Provisionals Cutting Guides are used to make the femoral augmentation cuts and, as provisionals, to facilitate the trial reduction before and after bone resection. This helps the physician verify the chosen component solution in every step of the procedure. This allows for patient-specific results and bone conservation. |

The Revision Algorithm
With the tibial platform established, the surgeon balances the knee, first in flexion, and then in extension. The location of the joint line and flexion/extension gap spacing can then be evaluated before bone cuts are initiated.

Femoral Stem Base for Accurate Stem Positioning From one intramedullary base set-up, the Femoral Stem Base Instruments help to easily identify whether a straight or offset stem is optimal. In addition, the surgeon can determine A/P and mediolateral position along with external rotation of the femoral component - all the while ensuring a canal filling stem. |

Tibial Cut Guide
Using intramedullary referencing, the Tibial Cut Guide facilitates construction of a solid tibial platform, the first step in the Revision algorithm. A range of Tibial Cut Guides provides for wedge and block augment cuts. |
